Policy paradox

Today, i borrowed a book from library, Policy Paradox.
It describes when people make a rule or policy, it is very difficult to let everyone like it.
Since you can't create a best policy, or better policy, people alway choose the one which was compromised form different opinions.
This is so called politics.

now, I just started my reading, when i finished i will post my reading abstract.
